Welcome
Welcome! My name is Amber and my goal is helping women (and sometimes men, too) restore energy, reduce toxic burden, and rebuild resilient terrain health from the root up.

I want you to know there is hope, a multitude of tools and resources, and that you are far from alone on the journey. We are created with enormous healing capacity and the ship can be turned around, redeeming your hope and wellness.
About
Amber
Amber is a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Metabolic Terrain-focused Health Consultant with a clinical background as a Registered Nurse. Her nursing background gives her a clear understanding of how the healthcare system approaches symptoms and where it may fall short in addressing root cause, informing her integrative, terrain-focused approach to restoring the body’s internal environment.
She is board-certified in Functional Medicine, trained in metabolic approaches to cancer care, certified in bioenergetics, and grounded in trauma-informed practice.
Amber helps clients identify where their system is under the greatest strain, which areas of their terrain need the most support, and where foundational changes & key levers can create the most meaningful shifts, guiding them in restoring their unique terrain at a foundational level.
This work spans the entire terrain, including mitochondrial function, blood sugar balance, toxic burden, nervous system regulation, emotional roots, and energetic patterns that influence overall health, recognizing that each is interconnected and shapes the terrain as a whole.
She provides the map, the education, and the guidance. The work belongs to the client, and as those changes take place, the body begins to respond.
Her path into this work was not academic alone, it was personal.
After navigating years of chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and ultimately surviving inflammatory breast cancer, a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer, Amber was forced to look beyond standard approaches and ask deeper questions. What she discovered changed everything. The body is not broken. It is intelligent, adaptive, and designed to heal when the terrain is supported.
Amber works primarily with women who know something is off but have not been given a framework for understanding why. She believes symptoms are signals, not enemies. If you have been collecting diagnoses without traction, feeling overlooked, or struggling to make sense of what your body is signaling, her approach may be a fit for you.
Clients who work with Amber often experience increased energy, improved resilience to stress, reduced inflammation, and a renewed sense of empowerment, hope, and direction. More importantly, they begin to understand their bodies in a way they never have before.
Restoration is not only possible, the terrain is wired for it when the conditions are right.
If you are ready to understand what your body has been trying to tell you and begin rebuilding your health from the inside out, you are invited to take the next step.
This is not medical care. Amber does not diagnose, prescribe, or direct clinical decisions, but can collaborate and work alongside your medical team.. Her role is to provide root-cause, metabolic terrain-focused guidance, education, coaching, and support, so you can understand your body more clearly and engage in the process of your own terrain work with confidence.
